Hi, I’m Lindsay,
I’m a Certified Life Coach and Polyvagal Informed Practitioner, specializing in nervous system regulation and somatic parts work (IFS).
Before my professional training I was someone searching for support just like you. I knew what it felt like to be stuck in dysregulation and wonder if I was somehow broken. I tried everything I could to find healing: talk therapy, personal development retreats, self-help books, and while I’d find temporary relief, nothing truly lasted.
It wasn’t until I discovered somatic healing and the power of working with the nervous system that everything began to change.
Now, I guide others through the same transformative process, offering grounded guidance, practical tools, and a deeply respectful space to create change that lasts.
